This appointment will take around 45 minutes and includes:

• Feedback from your previous appointment and adjustment of your treatment plan.
• Tailored acupuncture treatment to help alleviate your symptoms and address any new health concerns. This may include needling, cupping, guasha (a form of Chinese therapeutic massage) and/or moxibustion (a Chinese therapeutic herb).
• Accompanying lifestyle advice to support your acupuncture treatment.

Your appointments will take place in person at 206 Finchampstead Road, Wokingham, RG40 3HB. There is plenty of off-road parking available. Please give 24-hours notice of cancellation.
