Follow these quick steps to make the most of the community:


  1. Download the Mobile App - For the best experience, download the Kajabi Communities app to access Menopause.Rescripted on the go: Apple | Android. Once installed, log in with the email you used to join and you’ll see the Community right there.
  2. Complete Your Profile - Click your profile photo (top right) and select Account Settings from the dropdown.
    Here you can:
    – Upload a profile photo
    – Set your time zone
    – Add your interests and goals.
    This helps personalise your experience and helps the community get to know you.
  3. Introduce Yourself - Head to Intros, Chats & Wins to say hello and share your goals.
  4. Explore the Community Channels – Each channel is a dedicated space for specific conversations:
    – WTF is happening?! — symptom support & advice
    – Steps & Movement — daily movement accountability
    – Rebells — strength training chat
    – Nutrition & Meal Planning — recipe help & food talk
    There’s no pressure to post — join in as and when you’re ready.
  5. Join Batch with Charlotte - Join the live prep session every Sunday to get organised for the week.
    Replays are saved in Meetups.
  6. Access Recipes, Meal Plans & Workouts - The Recipe Vault, Rescripted Toolkit and Rebells Workouts are housed in the membership portal - best accessed via a desktop or mobile browser.
